Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to understand scope and technical requirements.
Prepare detailed work schedules and sequences for fit-out activities.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Participate in site meetings and report progress, challenges, and solutions.
2. Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise daily site operations for all finishing trades (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP-related finishes).
Ensure that site work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Control manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage on site.
3. Quality Control
Conduct inspections and ensure work meets QA/QC requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for material approvals, mock-ups, and inspections.
Identify and rectify workmanship issues promptly.
4. Material & Procurement Management
Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and raise material requisitions.
Follow up with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Inspect received materials for compliance with project specifications.
5. Subcontractor Management
Evaluate subcontractor work progress and compliance.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to subcontractors.
Verify subcontractor measurements and assist with billing/certification.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE and safe work methods.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and work logs.
Prepare weekly progress reports, snag lists, and handover documents.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of interior works, construction methods, and finishing materials.
Familiarity with MEP coordination in interior fit-outs.
Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Project management tools (MS Project or Primavera preferred)
