is seeking an experienced

Fit-Out / Civil Site Engineer

to join our expanding team in Dubai.
We are a fit out and joinery company with our head office and workshop located in

Sajja

, delivering high-quality interior projects for shops, villas, offices, and commercial spaces.

Job Responsibilities

Site Management & Coordination

Oversee day to day site operations across multiple active projects Manage our in-house fit-out workforce Coordinate subcontractors for joinery, MEP, flooring, painting, gypsum, metal, and glass works Ensure site teams follow the planned work sequence Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, mall management, and authorities

Technical & Quality Control

Review architectural, MEP, and joinery drawings and ensure correct execution Verify all measurements and site conditions before fabrication and installation Monitor joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions, and finishes to maintain premium quality Conduct daily quality inspections to ensure work meets Obelisk standards

Planning & Reporting

Prepare daily site progress reports Identify delays early and propose solutions Assist with material lists and coordinate timely delivery to site Ensure site readiness before subcontractors and installation teams arrive

Health, Safety & Compliance

Maintain safe working practices and enforce HSE standards Ensure compliance with mall rules, authority requirements, and project specifications Coordinate with DCD, mall FM, and consultants for inspections

Communication & Problem Solving

Serve as the main link between office, workshop, suppliers, and site teams Resolve technical issues quickly and accurately Highlight any discrepancies, clashes, or design problems immediately

Requirements

Proven experience in interior fit-out, villa renovations, and joinery installations in the UAE Strong understanding of site execution, work sequencing, and joinery installation Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP, and joinery drawings Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Arabic language skills are an advantage Valid UAE Driving License Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Able to manage multiple sites under pressure Must be residing in Dubai and ready to mobilize immediately
