Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage fit-out project activities.
Supervise site work to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review technical drawings and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, finishes, and materials.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with DM & DED requirements & online permit submission
