Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role involves ensuring that all works are executed in line with design, specifications, budget, and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work progress reports, and site documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues. Supervise installation works including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes. Prepare material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests. Assist in project cost control, quantity take-offs, and procurement schedules. Ensure proper handover and close-out documentation at project completion
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Excellent project coordination and site supervision skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Strong communication and leadership abilities. UAE driving license is an advantage.
