Skills:

Able to communicate with external parties (Clients, designers, mall management etc.)

Strong experience and understanding of interior decor, MEP works & Joinery works

Role & Responsibilities:

Planning

Client Coordinator

Subcontractor Coordinator

Subcontractor price negotiation

Contribute to cost reduction activities and proper analysis of projects

Drawing Analysis

Managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Approvals

Manage the interior fit-out works for different sites, including decor, MEP works & Joinery works

Manage site execution from mobilization to handover

Instruct and guide site supervisors for all site execution works

Order and follow up with procurement for site material orders

License/Certification:

DM approved Engineer with G+1

UAE Drivers License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
