Job Description

The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to design, specifications, safety standards, and within the agreed timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:



Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for fit-out works. Plan, schedule, and coordinate fit-out works including civil, MEP, joinery, and finishes. Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely execution. Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager on milestones, delays, and issues. Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards and approved samples. Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates. Assist in resolving technical and site-related problems. Verify quantities, check invoices, and assist in cost control. Ensure all fit-out works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or residential). Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination. Familiarity with project management tools and AutoCAD. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
