Wayn Pro Maintenance is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Fit-Out Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out, renovation, design, and decoration, with the ability to produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings for residential and commercial projects such as apartments, shops, and villas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all stages of fit-out projects, from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budget, and timelines.
Prepare and present high-quality 2D and 3D design concepts, drawings, and layouts using relevant design software.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, and functional needs.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and project reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in fit-out, renovation, designing, and decoration projects in the UAE.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
Excellent knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and current design trends.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
