Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Plan and manage fit-out activities, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and finishes.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Supervise site activities, ensuring work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and progress photos.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues.
Ensure all works are completed within budget and timeline constraints.
Conduct snagging and manage close-out processes, including as-built documentation and handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, related field.
3-7 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or residential).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, MEP integration, and interior finishes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
