Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all interior fit-out activities on-site, including MEP coordination. Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met. Ensure that fit-out works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations. Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager. Prepare and manage work schedules and material requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper execution of works. Resolve any on-site technical issues and provide solutions promptly. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on site. Coordinate snagging and de-snagging activities prior to handover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. With Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out or interior construction. Proven experience managing commercial, residential, or retail fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes. Excellent reading of technical drawings and shop drawings. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
