with a proven track record in managing and executing high-quality fit-out works. The ideal candidate will have
at least 5 years of experience
in interior fit-outs, MEP coordination, or related engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire fit-out process from design coordination to handover, ensuring all works meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage fit-out works on-site, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Ensure material approvals, site inspections, and snagging processes are properly executed.
Resolve site issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering (or related field).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail).
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and interior finishing works.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software (Primavera or MS Project is a plus).
