Supervise and manage interior fit-out works (gypsum, ceiling, joinery, flooring, finishes, etc.)
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams
Ensure execution of works as per approved shop drawings and specifications
Prepare and follow up WIRs, material submittals, and method statements
Monitor site progress, quality control, and HSE compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
Minimum
3-5 years fit-out experience in Qatar
Good knowledge of local site practices and authority requirements
Strong ability to read drawings and manage site coordination
Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
