Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
UPDA certification is required.
3-4 years of experience in site supervision and management, particularly in mall fit-out projects.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop and carpentry drawings.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems in retail settings.
Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
Job Duties:
Supervise and manage site activities for mall fit-out projects.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and tenants to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
Execute projects according to provided drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret shop drawings and carpentry drawings for accurate execution.
Prepare daily site reports and submit them to the department head.
