We are seeking a

Fit-Out Engineer

with experience in interior fit-out and finishing works, preferably in commercial, residential, or retail projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities related to fit-out works, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time project completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site execution of interior fit-out works. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Ensure all fit-out works are carried out according to design and safety standards. Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager. Handle material requisitions, manpower allocation, and tool planning. Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders. Ensure project completion within budget and timeline. Follow up with procurement and logistics for timely material delivery. Maintain project documentation and site records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the fit-out industry (Gulf experience preferred). Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, installation techniques, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software. Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
