Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience in the UAE
in fit-out or interior construction projects
Strong knowledge of site execution, material specifications, and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret drawings, manage subcontractors, and ensure work quality and timelines
Arabic speaking is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Available to join immediately (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely project delivery
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
Prepare progress reports and assist in project documentation
Support project managers in delivering fit-out projects efficiently
