Job Description

Project Execution: Oversee the full fit-out process from demolition to final finishing, ensuring high-quality work.

Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of laborers, assigning tasks efficiently.

Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate MEP, carpentry, flooring, painting, and other subcontractors.

Task Scheduling: Plan daily work for both in-house laborers and external contractors to meet deadlines.

Site Management: Supervise on-site activities, address issues, and ensure work progresses as per schedule.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets as per regulations and industry standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Handle permits, inspections, and approvals required for project execution.

Budget & Cost Management: Work within allocated budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Client & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material delivery.

On-Site Problem-Solving: Address labor and subcontractor issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project records, progress reports, and update management regularly.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

? Experience in managing fit-out projects in UAE.

? Strong knowledge of gypsum work, flooring, painting, MEP, and custom interior designs.

? Experience handling subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

? Understanding of regulations approvals.

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

? Excellent communication and leadership skills.

? UAE Driving License prefered.
