As a Fitout Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all fitout work meets design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical planning and execution of fitout projects.
Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Oversee the installation of building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.) and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Monitor the quality of work on-site and ensure it adheres to the required standards and codes.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality and progress.
Manage technical documentation, including reports, material specifications, and project progress.
Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Ensure that all work is completed within budget and timeline constraints.
Manage and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
