Duties & Responsibilities
Must have experience in Fish Cutting and making fillets
Fish Grilling in Oven Will be Advantage
Receive and inspect fish deliveries for quality and freshness
Clean and sanitize the cutting station before and after each shift
Ensure that all fish is cut to the highest quality standards
Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses
Work effectively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the fish cutting area
