Position Overview
We are looking for skilled
Firefighting / Fire Alarm Technicians
with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the
maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
of fire protection systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the UAE market, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine
preventive and corrective maintenance
for fire protection systems including:
Fire alarm systems (addressable & conventional)
Firefighting pumps
Sprinkler systems
Emergency lighting
Fire extinguishers
FM-200, CO?, and other suppression systems
Handle
fault finding, troubleshooting, and repair
of fire alarm and firefighting equipment.
Conduct
system testing & commissioning
as per UAE Civil Defence requirements.
Maintain proper
service reports, checklists, and documentation
after every job.
Ensure compliance with
NFPA standards
and
Dubai Civil Defence regulations
.
Coordinate with supervisors and project teams for timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Follow all
safety procedures
, PPE guidelines, and company quality standards.
Respond to emergency breakdown calls when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
2-3 years of UAE experience in maintenance of fire protection systems.
Good understanding of
NFPA codes
and UAE Civil Defence guidelines.
Practical knowledge of firefighting pumps, alarm panels, detectors, and suppression systems.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and system layouts.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred (optional).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
