- Preparation of MEP Shop drawings from IFC design.
- Preparation of MEP Service coordination.
- Prepared Fire protection / Fire fighting cad drawings and other submittal materials.
- Maintain CAD drafting standards that consistent with Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, PAVA emergency lighting system, and fire Man Telephone system.
- Preparation of RCP coordination.
- MEP Space planning.
- Preparation of sections & details from scratch.
- Document submission process support & follow up.
- Ensuring Drawings are incompliance to local authority requirements & standards.
- Preparing Equipment / load schedules
- Preparing Schematic diagrams / Single line diagrams
- Verifying IFC designs for the purpose of Shop drawing & raising discrepancies.
- Preparation of Builders work drawings.
- Preparation of Asbuilt drawings.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all pertinent fire codes and regulations.
Qualifications
Engineering degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 work experience in gulf countries from design consulting companies
Must have good skills in Autocad and other drafting software
Must have good communication skills, and detail-oriented.
Additional Information
