• Testing & Commissioning of Fire Fighting systems in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong understanding of international fire safety codes and standards
• Familiar with instrumentation and control systems related to fire protection
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings
• Skilled in report writing, root cause analysis and project documentation
• Oversee the commissioning process of fire pump systems, ensuring proper installation, alignment, and integration with other fire protection systems.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of fire pump systems, including performance, flow rate, pressure, and functionality, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex fire pump system issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations to maintain optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed testing and commissioning reports, documenting all procedures, findings, and corrective actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards during all testing and commissioning activities.
• Review and approve vendor documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated on the latest fire pump technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning of fire pump systems within the Oil & Gas industry, showcasing practical knowledge.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of fire pump standards like NFPA 20, and related industry codes, ensuring compliance.
• Displays proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, facilitating accurate system evaluation.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Exhibits proficiency in using testing equipment, such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and vibration analyzers, for accurate system assessment.
• Shows the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
