Design and develop fire protection systems, strategies, and plans to mitigate the risk of fire in petrochemical facilities and equipment.
Conduct inspections and evaluations of fire protection systems and equipment, identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that fire protection systems meet industry standards and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, trends, and best practices in fire protection engineering.
Manage fireproofing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and regulatory agencies.Bachelor\'s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing fire protection systems and strategies in petrochemical facilities.
Strong knowledge of petrochemical processes and hazards, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
Familiarity with fireproofing materials and techniques, including cementitious, intumescent, and ablative coatings.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
