Fire Fighting Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Fire Fighting Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire fighting and fire alarm systems as per UAE Civil Defense standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Install, test, and maintain fire fighting systems including sprinklers, hose reels, hydrants, fire pumps, and extinguishers.
-Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm and suppression systems.
-Diagnose and rectify faults to ensure all systems function efficiently.
-Assist in commissioning and testing of new systems and installations.
-Ensure compliance with Civil Defense codes, standards, and safety regulations.
-Prepare maintenance reports, inspection checklists, and documentation accurately.
-Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients to execute work effectively.
-Respond promptly to emergency calls and system breakdowns.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure work is carried out safely.

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fire Fighting Technician in the UAE.
-Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
-Familiar with UAE Civil Defense standards and procedures.
-ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
-UAE driving license is an added advantage.
-Immediate joiners will be given preference.
