Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Fire Fighting Technician to carry out installation, maintenance, and testing of fire fighting systems at a construction project site,Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with fire protection systems including piping networks, pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, and other firefighting equipment as per UAE Civil Defence and NFPA standards.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

:

Installation and maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems, including fire fighting equipment, fire hydrant, hose reel, HDPE and underground piping, fire pumps, wet risers, deluge system, etc. Should know how to operate different machines, such as grooving and threading machines, while working in fire fighting installation. Should have knowledge of testing and commissioning of fire fighting system and Pressure testing etc. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenancePrepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation. Should be able to work as per the drawing instructions received from Site Engineers/Supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS:



Minimum 2-3 years UAE of experience in a similar role in the fire and safety industry.

Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or related field.

Knowledge of UAE fire safety regulations and NFPA standards.

Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
