We are seeking a skilled Fire Fighting Technician to join our team for new construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing fire suppression systems. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams to ensure effective fire safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install firefighting systems, including sprinklers, standpipes, and fire extinguishing systems in accordance with project specifications and local codes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other contractors to ensure fire protection systems are integrated effectively into new constructions.
- Testing and Maintenance: Conduct routine testing and maintenance of firefighting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities, including as-built drawings and compliance reports.
- Compliance: Stay updated on fire safety codes and industry standards (e.g., NFPA) to ensure all installations meet legal requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with firefighting systems during the installation phase and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Training: Educate facility staff on the proper operation and maintenance of firefighting systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a firefighting technician or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, components, and codes (NFPA standards).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work at heights and in various environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
