Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm AMC Coordinator to manage and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts for fire fighting and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with UAE Civil Defense and NFPA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for fire fighting & fire alarm systems.
Manage AMC schedules and ensure timely execution of inspections and services.
Liaise with clients, technicians, and subcontractors.
Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and compliance documentation.
Support Civil Defense inspections, approvals, and renewals.
Follow up on rectifications, spare parts, and additional works.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Engineering (or related).
2-5 years experience in fire fighting & fire alarm AMC or maintenance.
Knowledge of UAE Civil Defense and NFPA standards.
Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
UAE driving license preferred.
