to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems in compliance with UAE Civil Defense standards and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and implement fire fighting and fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA, UAE Fire Code, and Civil Defense requirements.
Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, and method statements.
Conduct site inspections, supervise installations, and ensure work quality as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for project approvals and inspections.
Prepare documents for Civil Defense submissions and attend inspections.
Ensure all fire protection systems are fully tested, commissioned, and handed over successfully.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in fire fighting engineering within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
NFPA standards, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code
, and local regulations.
Civil Defense certification (Advantage).
Experience in hydraulic calculations and AutoCAD.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
Excellent communication, site supervision, and coordination skills.
