Coordinating with multiple insurance companies to obtain competitive quotes, negotiate terms and finalize policies tailored to client requirements.
Proficiently able to operate insurance portals to manage policy issuance, amendments and renewals with efficiency and accuracy.
Conducting thorough risk assessments to provide customized insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Assisting clients with policy renewals, endorsements and cancellations while ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Providing support to the sales team in developing new business opportunities and generate leads .
Handling and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
Providing regular reports to management on policy performance and client feedback.

Proficient Understanding of accounting systems with familiarity in insurance company underwriting appetite and hands-on experience with insurer portal platforms.
