Job Description
Fire alarm Technician : Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of Fire Alarm, CBS and ELV Systems, and performing PPM scheduled maintenance repairs of Fire Alarm, CBS, and ELV Systems, during equipment service.
- Follow up the instructions from the clients and the gaudiness of SLA and KPI of the projects and commitment in the timeline as agreed.
- Engaging in open communication with the Engineer and reporting any issues which could affect the project plan.
- Organizing and coordinating the daily activities and sharing all the information with the Engineer
- Performing simple Electrical duties and responsibilities.
- Performing Electrical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repairing of equipment.
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments.
- Issue daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports. Also prepare the service report for any work progress in the site.
- Follow up in daily bases with supervisor for any work, material request pending to accomplish the work order in proper way.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detecting faulty operations, and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Surveying buildings and repairing Fire Alarm, CBS, and ELV Systems.
- Inspecting fire protection systems and scheduling repairs when needed .
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
- Contributing to team effort as required by the superior.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in all fire alarm System.
- UAE: 2 years (Required)
