Responsibilities
Develop and maintain APIs and platforms for prepaid card issuance and management
Integrate with card network providers (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and payment gateways
Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and security best practices
Collaborate with product, design, and compliance teams to launch card-related features
Troubleshoot card load, KYC, transaction failures, and reconciliation issues
Requirements
2+ years of experience in card tech, fintech, or banking APIs
Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or Java preferred)
Experience with prepaid card programs and BIN sponsorship models
Familiarity with ISO8583, EMV, and tokenization standards
Understanding of compliance, fraud detection, and KYC/AML flows
Prior work with platforms like M2P, Zeta, or EnKash
Experience with mobile wallet integrations and virtual cards
Exposure to UPI and other real-time payment systems

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
