Polymer Building Contracting L.L.C is looking to hire an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in finishing works and preferably be currently based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all finishing activities on site
Coordinate architectural and fit-out works to meet project specifications
Manage subcontractors, manpower, and daily site activities
Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards and project timelines
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on site
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman
Strong experience in finishing works (architectural & fit-out)
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and quality standards
Good coordination and communication skills
Preference for candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
