Job Description

Role Purpose:

To supervise and ensure high-quality execution of all finishing works in luxury villa projects, maintaining workmanship standards, schedule adherence, and coordination with site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Finishing Works

Oversee all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry, joinery installations, waterproofing, and final touches. Ensure all finishes meet approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects immediately.

2. Coordination & Monitoring

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow. Monitor daily site progress and ensure finishing work is completed within schedule. Assist in sequencing activities to avoid delays and ensure proper handover stages.

3. Quality Control

Implement quality checks at every stage of finishing. Report quality issues and follow up for corrective actions. Ensure mock-ups, samples, and material approvals are followed on-site.

4. Site Management

Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and site discipline. Check material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely supply. Maintain site safety and cleanliness during finishing stages.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily progress reports and highlight delays or issues. Record inspections, snag lists, and closure of defects. Support handover documentation and final inspections.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
