Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on-site, including carpentry, painting, flooring, tiling, plastering, and MEP final installations. Ensure high-quality finishes are delivered in line with project specifications and client expectations. Monitor daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage workflow and resolve any site issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met without compromising quality. Maintain a clean and organized site, upholding safety protocols at all times. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for senior management. Attend site meetings and provide technical input as required. Assist in the handover process, including snagging and de-snagging.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction/fit-out sector. Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Relevant qualifications in construction management or related discipline preferred. CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS certification (or equivalent) is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and site management software.

Salary: AED 3000 to 4000 (Based on experience)
