We are looking for a Finishing Foreman to oversee and coordinate the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that all finishing work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously. As a Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising subcontractors and tradespeople, inspecting completed work, and ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed according to project specifications and timelines. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and quality control teams to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds client expectations. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling finishing activities, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, maintaining safety standards on site, and resolving any issues that arise during the finishing phase. You will also be expected to provide regular progress reports, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects is highly desirable. This is a full-time position that may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project deadlines.
