Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A Finishing Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing the final stages of construction projects. They ensure that the finishing work (such as painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and other interior/exterior details) is completed to the highest standards of quality. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring work complies with specifications, and maintaining schedules for the completion of finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Supervision and Coordination:



o Supervise and manage all finishing work on-site, including tasks like plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and other related activities.

o Coordinate with the site manager, project manager, and other team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of finishing work.

2. Quality Control:



o Ensure that all finishing works meet the specified standards and quality requirements.

o Inspect finished work to ensure it complies with the project's design and specification.

o Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the finishing process.

3. Team Management:



o Lead and oversee a team of skilled workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and safely.

o Allocate tasks to workers and ensure that work is being completed according to the schedule.

o Provide guidance and training to workers when necessary.

4. Safety and Compliance:



o Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

o Promote a culture of safety and ensure workers are following safety protocols on-site.

5. Scheduling and Reporting:



o Manage and track the schedule for all finishing works, ensuring deadlines are met.

o Report progress, issues, and potential delays to the project manager or site manager regularly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
