We're looking for finishing Foreman
Allocate daily tasks to foremen and monitor work progress according to project priorities and schedules.
Supervise and train to ensure proper execution of work.
Create schedules and monitor attendance.
Monitor workforce productivity and enforce quality control measures.
Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are adequate for daily operations.
Allocate necessary resources for activities.
Enforce site safety regulations and ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during site operations.
Prepare daily report on activities.
Report progress, delays, and any concerns to construction managers and engineers.
Maintain records of work progress and site activities.
