Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing / Facade Engineer / Supervisor to join our team. As a Finishing / Facade Engineer / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all finishing and facade-related activities in our projects. This includes ensuring the quality and timely completion of flooring, ceiling, painting, door finishing, and facade engineering tasks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience in the field, with a strong understanding of finishing and facade techniques. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all finishing and facade-related activities in the projects Ensure the quality and timely completion of flooring, ceiling, painting, door finishing, and facade engineering tasks Supervise and provide technical guidance to the team members Monitor the progress of the projects and address any issues or delays Collaborate with other teams, such as architects, contractors, and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Review and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and vendors Manage project budgets and resources effectively Prepare reports and documentation as required

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of senior-level experience in finishing and facade engineering Degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architect Knowledge of building and construction (metro rail projects / Airport / Commercial project/ Luxury Hotel Projects if any) Prior experience in finishing work such as interior & exterior, tiling work, marble / Granite / Structural work, drywall or any other finishing related work Should have interested to perform about 10 hours duty per day. Should have valid Saudi Iqama for transfer Strong knowledge of finishing and facade techniques, materials, and methodologies Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings will be a plus Should Follow HSE rules & Method Statement Should able to perform 10 hours per day Immediate joiners will be prefered
