Finishing Carpenter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry with a keen eye for detail, especially in finishing works, and a passion for delivering top-quality craftsmanship in various residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed carpentry work, including installation of doors, windows, moldings, baseboards, cabinets, and custom woodwork.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood substitute materials to exact specifications.
Sand, stain, varnish, or paint wood surfaces to create a polished, high-quality finish.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure project deadlines are met.
Repair or replace defective or damaged wooden structures and surfaces.
Ensure all carpentry tasks meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain tools and workspaces in a safe and organized manner.
