Key Responsibilities
Perform all types of
finishing carpentry works
, including doors, wardrobes, wall cladding, skirting, and decorative wooden elements.
Read and interpret
drawings, sketches, and specifications
to ensure accurate execution.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision using the proper tools and techniques.
Carry out
installation and finishing
of joinery and fit-out items on site.
Ensure all carpentry work meets
quality and aesthetic standards
.
Work closely with the Foreman and Site Engineer to meet project deadlines.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area.
Follow all
safety and site procedures
as per company policies.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Finishing Carpenter in
interior fit-out or construction projects
.
Strong skills in
joinery, finishing, and installation works
.
Ability to work from
technical drawings and measurements
.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment safely.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
