We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Finishing Carpenter

to join our team. This role is critical in giving our custom furniture and joinery products a refined, high-quality look before they reach the client. You will be responsible for the final stage of the carpentry process -- ensuring every surface, joint, and edge meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed carpentry finishing work on furniture, cabinetry, doors, panels, and other wood products Sand, trim, file, and smooth surfaces to ensure flawless finishes before polishing or painting Install final fittings such as skirting, moldings, trims, locks, and handles Read and follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency Perform minor touch-ups, alignments, or adjustments at the factory or client site Check all assembled and installed items for defects and ensure alignment, proper fitting, and durability Work closely with polishers, painters, and installers to coordinate the final product Maintain tools and workstations in clean and safe condition Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance standards Ensure timely completion of work as per project deadlines
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finishing carpentry or furniture production Excellent knowledge of wood finishing tools, materials, and techniques Ability to deliver a high standard of craftsmanship with attention to fine details Familiarity with luxury furniture standards and interior joinery finishes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience working on-site for final installations is an advantage
