Job Title: Finishing Carpenter with Wood and Laminate Floor installation Experience

Our company is looking for an experienced Finishing Carpenter with at least 4 years of on-the-job experience in wood and laminate floor installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Install and finish wood and laminate flooring to meet high-quality standards Measure and cut materials to the appropriate size and shape Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to install baseboards, trim, and other finishing touches Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed
Requirements:

At least 4 years of on-the-job experience in finishing carpentry, with a focus on wood and laminate flooring installation Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and schematics Familiarity with a range of carpentry tools and techniques Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a variety of environments
