fine dining sector

to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will bring

at least 5 years of fine dining experience

lead, inspire, and develop a team

while ensuring world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the fine dining venue, ensuring service excellence at all times. Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural service team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Foster a positive work culture with focus on teamwork, professionalism, and service quality. Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage teams to maintain flawless service flow and guest satisfaction. Implement and enforce service standards, SOPs, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor performance metrics including guest feedback, budgets, cost control, and revenue targets. Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years' proven experience

in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Strong

managerial and leadership skills

, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, F&B operations, and global dining trends. Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus). Professional, polished, and guest-focused personality
