Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking a qualified Financial Systems Accountant to support accounting and finance operations for technology-driven banking solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and product lifecycle testing within the banking industry. This position requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in financial systems validation and general ledger (GL) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end testing of financial product life cycles from a finance and accounting perspective.
• Review product parameterization, including event setup and GL allocation configurations.
• Ensure accurate chart of accounts mapping and validation of accounting treatments.
• Perform detailed GL testing, reconciliations, and validation during system implementation and upgrades.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams throughout setup, migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Oversee accounting aspects of data migration and support go-live activities to ensure accuracy of financial systems.
• Provide insights to strengthen internal controls and improve reporting accuracy.

Ideal Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 6-7 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years in the banking industry.
• Strong accounting, financial reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, GL mapping, and accounting validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with financial systems implementation and UAT processes.
