Personal Loan

freshers

experienced professionals

who are passionate about sales and building customer relationships in the

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

offered by leading banks in the UAE. Identify and approach potential customers through

cold calling

, field visits, referrals, and follow-ups. Understand client needs and provide tailored

loan solutions

. Achieve or exceed assigned

monthly sales targets

. Maintain strong

customer relationships

to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Freshers and experienced candidates

(up to 1 year of sales/banking experience) are welcome. Strong

communication and interpersonal

skills. Confident, target-oriented, and sales-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and within a team. Basic understanding of

financial products

is a plus.
