What you will do The Financial Planning Analyst is the key role based in Dubai reporting directly to Finance Manager for Middle East and Africa. You will support the business to facilitate the budget review process and assist in the decision making by preparing necessary analytical reports, back-up information, bridges and other necessary information. Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure charges are accurate and booked to proper functions.

How you will do it As Financial Planning Analyst you will 1. Assist in Month End closing activities a. Review and Assist Shared service team for all the Journals b. Review Actual expense against Plan, Last year, Trend etc. c. Prepare and Review Statistical data \xe2\x80\x93 Backlog, Headcounts, Plant Productivity d. Review BS with Shared service team 2.Tax & Audit a. Prepare Quarterly VAT reports b. Assist Finance Controller in all Audit Related queries 3.HFM Reports a. Prepare reports & Bridges for monthly GISC/HQ Ops calls b. Prepare any Ad hoc report as per requirement 4.Annual Plan/OL - Assists Finance Controller with break down and trend of all expense heads 5.Others a. Resolve disputes with Vendors, Customers b. Support the collection team in achieving DSO target

What we look for Required
Bachelor degree in finance or equivalent
0-1 years of experience Finance Planning Analyst in international environment, fresh graduates are welcomed
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, of various levels, in a highly matrixed organization, both internal & external
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, research capabilities and ability to work within a matrixed and cross-functional environment to proactively address critical finance issues
Ability to understand and work within diverse cultural landscape and all organizational levels to seek opportunities for improvement and leverage resources for problem resolution when and where required
Excellent English language proficiency
