Role Overview
The
FP&A Manager
will drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making across the company'sAutomotive operations in the UAE & KSA
. This role is responsible forbudgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and cost control
. The FP&A Manager will work closely with theHead of Finance, operations, supply chain, and sales teams
to align financial strategy with business objectives.Key Responsibilities
Lead
budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
for automotive operations. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improveprofitability and cost efficiency
. Preparemonthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
for leadership. Partner withoperations, supply chain, sales, and aftersales teams
to support financial and business objectives. Overseecost control
, including monitoring COGS, spare parts usage, service operations, and inventory variances. Ensure compliance withinternal controls, policies, and audit requirements
.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
CA/CPA/CFA qualification preferred
. Minimum6+ years of FP&A experience
(automotive, manufacturing, or retail preferred). Strong expertise infinancial modeling, budgeting, and cost management
. Proficiency inERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
, with advanced Excel skills. Excellentcommunication, analytical, and stakeholder management
abilities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month
