Hiring: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Reports To: CFO / CEO

Qualifications: CA / CFA / ACCA/ MBA

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support for our fast-growing business. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, scalable processes, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned with business goals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
Conduct variance analysis vs budget/forecast with actionable insights
Track revenue streams, COGS, marketing spend, and operational costs
Analyze product margins, KPIs (GMV, LTV, churn), and business performance
Support cash flow management, treasury, and banking operations
Assist in inventory planning, valuation, and working capital optimization
Build financial models for initiatives, pricing, promotions, and expansion
Maintain dashboards integrating financial & operational
KPIS

Ensure VAT, statutory compliance, audits, and strong internal controls
Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP/BI tool utilization
Skills & Experience:

3-4 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis

Advanced Excel, ERP (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle), Bl tools (Power BI/Tableau)

- Strong knowledge of IFRS / UAE regulations / VAT / statutory reporting

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
