To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a FinOps Manager.

Job purpose:

Supervise the team members, work distribution and follow up the daily checklist claims, processes, complaints, and chargebacks

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Supervise the team members and work distribution
  • Manage the direct relations with the bank, schemes, and internal stakeholders
  • liable to communicate with merchants and central bank on reporting
  • Keep merchant payout issues as the highest priority for daily KPIs
  • Conduct periodic analysis on all teams in the department for regular activities
  • Execute problem solving for daily payout and complex merchant issues
Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills level of presence in the job (High/Medium/Low)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or analytical role
  • University Graduate in Computer Science, Accounting or Finance
  • Banking fintech operations background
  • Hands on experience with Reconciliation, Revenue Accounting, Financial systems
  • Excellent in computer skills and English
  • Cortex expertise is a Must.
