Must have technical / professional qualifications (knowledge & Skills level of presence in the job (High/Medium/Low)
5-7 years of experience in a financial or analytical role
University Graduate in Computer Science, Accounting or Finance
Execute problem solving for daily payout and complex merchant issues
Banking fintech operations background
Hands on experience with Reconciliation, Revenue Accounting, Financial systems
Excellent in computer skills and English
Core Skills required:
Problem Solving : High
Leadership : High
Interpersonal Skills : High
Other job specific core skills (Head- Hand - Heart)
Analytical Skills: High
Project Management: Low
