About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing MENA and Europe.

- Immediately assist local offices with reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts including bank, intercompany, fixed assets, and assistance with FY23 year-end audits.
- Aid country finance managers in set-up and ongoing preparation of, cash flow forecasts and continually monitor the cash position across the region.
- Justify transfer of funds from Head Office to bridge any in-country working capital gaps.
- Liaise with external counsel and professional advisory firms to understand developing legal, tax and other changes that impact OBT.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in the region in accordance with local standards (GAAP, OHADA and IFRS).
