Specification & Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Accounting or related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in the field of accounting
• Excellent knowledge of the Accounting Standards.
• Solid financial and commercial back ground.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent English language speaking & writing.
• Excellent Communication & negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Bank Accountant Job Duties Bank accountants have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Creating spreadsheets to track banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and account balances over time
• Performing audits to ensure that transactions and accounts are accurate, identifying errors and making corrections as needed
• Communicating with banks regarding changes to banking policies or procedures that may affect the organization's accounts
• Calculating interest rates, fees, and other charges for bank accounts and loans, and adding them to customer statements
• Collecting information about new customers to set up new accounts or update existing accounts
• Recording data from checks to identify whether they should be deposited or returned to the sender
• Processing checks for deposit into the company's bank account
• Preparing reports on banking activity, such as account balances or payments made on loans
• Reconciling discrepancies in accounts by contacting clients to obtain missing information
• Has the knowledge and expertise about all the types of letters of credits, how to fill it and fulfill bank requirements.
• Has the knowledge about all types of letters of guarantees, how to issue it and when to use each type of LGs.
• Has the knowledge to develop feasibility studies and cash-flows.
• Has the knowledge and experience to use CargoX Platform.
• Experience in developing financial reports using Tally software.
